We specialize in Cobb, Douglas, and Paulding Counties. Appraisals outside these areas will be considered on an individual basis.  Please call for pricing.

Fees assume lot size is typical for the area. For properties on acreage, a surcharge may be added to the normal fee. Acreage appraisals will be examined on an individual basis.
